Nightmare

After a software update on cell, calls and texts didn't work. After 4 adult children couldn't reach me one drove half an hour to check on me. He had to reset something. I don't even want to know. Everyone was extremely upset. There is no reason for this upset after a software update! Really!! Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!
