New Order with eSims, but sending me physical sims?

I just discovered that Xfinity offers eSims on Pixel phones now. We placed an order for two new lines last night online and input our eSim IMEI. The Xfinity site even confirmed we would be getting eSims.

Once I finished the order we received an e-mail stating we would be receiving two physical sims. This is an issue because I can only use an eSim. My devices are dual SIM for work and the company requires a physical sim for my main line.

I called customer service, and they said I have to wait for order fulfillment before anything else happens. 

Can anybody here help? @Xfinity Support

@Tek This document should help. You should be able to active eSIM online or through the Xfinity app. https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/how-to-activate-phone
