@user_4gk621 You've come to the right place for help. I have a link with the steps on how to unlock your device. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/eligible-to-unlock-phone

Most of the time, your phone unlocks automatically within 48 hours of being paid off. Here are other unlock rules:

1. Your phone must be activated for at least 60 days.

2. The phone must be paid in full.

3. Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance.

4. Your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.

5. Devices will not be eligible to use a SIM from another provider — such as a local data plan when traveling internationally — until all required device-unlock eligibility guidelines have been met.

6. Only the account holder, Primary user, or a Manager on a phone’s Xfinity Mobile account can request to have it unlocked.

What type of device do you have?

Apple phones do not need an unlock code. They unlock through updates made when connected to WiFi or cellular data.

If you have a newer Android phone (2022 or later) Once you meet all requirements to unlock your phone, restart it. Most of the time, no more steps are needed to complete the process. Once your phone restarts, you should see an alert that says either, "Carrier lock removed. The device can now be used on any network." or "Your phone has been unlocked. You can now use it on any compatible network or service provider."
