network unlock code requested 5 days ago

I have requested a  network unlock code 5 days ago. xfinity agents can't seem to give me the correct code.

I can't use my phone until they do this.  I have complained to corporate in Atlanta.  They generated another ticket number and sent it to a "specialist ".  Still nothing. 

I need the corporate office to address this issue.  

I will file a complaint with the FCC.

It wasn't my choice to change carriers.  It is forced on me to do so because I don't have a home to use any internet service at this time.
