My services ae no longer working and I can only log into my old service address. I have changed cedit cards so ity may ne that, but your records show that was deactivated and I need his fixed ASAP

I have an old address at [Edited: "Personal Information"] I have a new address at [Edited: "Personal Information"] in Trenton, which I’ve used for over a year now and I am having trouble with my phone and I cannot login because it says that I am deactivated and I’m pretty sure that is the old phone and address. I need this corrected immediately.

Just to be sure I understand, are you having issues with your Xfinity Mobile service/account, or are you running into this issue with your Core services account (Internet/Cable TV/ Home Phone)?
