Mobile technical support

Switched to your service yesterday.  Some dialed numbers failed. Some go through. Also have 3 dogs instead of cell bars. Need help AND I CANT CALL YOU. Messaged support on X. Asked my name and it’s been 40 minutes and they haven’t responded since. Help!
