Mobile Internet not working

I have a signal on my phone but cannot receive or make phone calls. Xfinity app is not responding either

@user_ylqu5m Have you checked if airplane mode is enabled? Verify the cellular/data settings are on, and power the phone off and back on.

user_ylqu5m, thank you for reaching out. Besides the headaches with your phone, I hope you are doing great today. I see you are having trouble getting internet access on your phone.  You get a signal, but you can't make outbound calls or receive calls. I know this has not been easy, but we can do our best to help. In addition, I understand the Xfinity App is not working on your end. The Xfinity app is a great resource, so I would like to help with this as well. 


Are you able to make calls off Wi-Fi? Did you recently activate the device? If you had this line for a while, have you seen any troubles before this week? Can you also tell me more about the issues with the app?
