Last night in Montana my phone was fine than about 9 pm it said I had no network. I had to cut my 6 day visit with my mom who has lung cancer to m3 because I had to come home to take care of this AS I need a [Edited: "Language"] phone. You think I'm happy ....Why don't you pay for the [Edited: "Language"] trip..I have had it with this company but m have paid my service and intend to use it ....So what do you do to getr my service back to where I have a network?.....

You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. Keep in mind that our mobile service is not available in all area like other mobile providers. You can always go to and check if the network is available in specific areas by entering a zip code.
