@user_b1zmsq Can you elaborate a bit more on what is happening? Is this a setting on the phone being changed? Please explain.

yes it is a Setting on my Samsung A25.

I have it set to warn at 900mb and max allowable .95GB.

Sometimes the max allowable disappears or it changes to 5GB.

For example Friday I had noticed the max allowable disappeared but the warning stayed. I reset it the max to .95GB (I am on the 1GB plan) and called XF tech support. Upon finishing the call I checked and the max allowable data was set to 5GB

@user_b1zmsq This is likely because you are putting a decimal in front of the max at .95GB. And selecting GB instead of MB. You should be setting the max limit to 950MB. This should be chalked up to an entry error on the phone. Definitely a phone and not XM issue.

@user_b1zmsq Isn't there a drop down to select MB or GB to the right where you type in a number? I'm just going of this how to video. I do not have an Android or that phone. Check this video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbPYttrQCl4
