Lost 4 bars in the last 6 weeks at my home in Mukilteo Washington
I have had fabulous service with Xfinity the last 5-6 years. But about 6 weeks ago my bars at home dropped to 1/2 a bar.
I called Xfinity and they did an "esim" update. It did nothing. They escalated my ticket to a higher tech team. I got updates for a week that they were working on it.
Then on day 5 or 6 they closed my ticket with not so much as an explanation.
Anyone else have this kind of thing happen? I have had to turn on my Wifi calling on my phone when I am home but even that doesn't work consistently.
Ideas???

We’d be glad to review what happened and see what next steps may be available.
