Thank you for reaching out @user_3824ce I am showing the location you listed as a school. Sometimes schools and other buildings may have different reasons why cell phone signals are interfered with such as building materials (like concrete and metal) If the building is made primarily of these materials, it can be challenging for cell phone signals to penetrate the structure. Sometimes there are other signal blocking measures as well. Are you able to connect to the Xfinity Hotspots in the area or the buildings WiFi if available?
