Latest OneUI update

Anyone else having issues with the latest OneUI update?

I have noticed that I have to constantly reboot my device in order to make sure I didn't receive any new messages or phone calls, because sometimes they don't come through unless I reboot my phone. (I have an S22+)

I have also noticed my phone is running hotter now, when playing apps like Roblox(I know, embarrassing), and the apps now slow down and crash.
