Latest OneUI Update Borks All Phones

After Samsung's latest update, I have no mobile network. If I reboot it comes back after a while, but I can't trust it. Four phones so far. A customer service rep told me Samsung was working on a fix, but I would advise not  updating if you can avoid it.

Yeah, it just keeps disconnecting and telling me to call Xfinity to activate. Link to Windows is dead.

Nobody at either Samsung or Xfinity will acknowledge that this is happening. At both places I get either no response (Samsung) or the familiar "I've never heard of this happening to anyone else" (Xfinity). All you have to do is search on this topic to find a ton of people, particularly people with various Samsung phones, having this same problem. My expectation, given the deafening silence, is that this will never be fixed. My wife now carries around a page of instructions that tell her, step by step, how to put her A54 back on the mobile network, in case her phone updates or restarts for some other reason while I'm not around.

@DaveZ6  Due to account security with Xfinity Mobile we don't have access to the Xfinity Mobile accounts. You would need to reach out to that department separately by calling or texting 1-888-936-4968 and one of our dedicated Xfinity Mobile specialists are there for assistance 24/7. You can also visit our Xfinity Mobile assistant page, where we have support available thorough chat as well: https://comca.st/3vkGv93.

This is complete [Edited: "Language"], tired of it, and tired of Xfinity LYING about it and not fixing.

@user_nsplql To reliably put mine back on the network after losing my mobile connection, I do this:

  1. Go into the full list of apps by swiping up on your home screen.
  2. Look for “Settings” (the gray gear). If it’s not on this page, then swipe either left or right (each page shows only half your installed apps) until you find it.
  3. Click on the Settings icon, opening up Settings.
  4. Scroll the list up till you find “General Management” and tap that.
  5. Scroll up until you see a list item called “Reset” and tap that.
  6. Scroll up if needed till you see “Reset mobile network settings” and tap that.
    1. Click the blue “Reset settings” button.
    2. When presented with the number pad, enter your PIN.
    3. Ignore the warning about how this cannot be undone.
    4. Click the blue “Reset” button.
    5. Wait to see the “Network settings reset” message pop up briefly.
  7. Go back to your home screen.
  8. Push and hold the power button until the power options appear.
  9. Tap “Restart” and then again tap “Restart”.
  10. After restarting, your phone should be working.

@XfinityAlfonso I'll speak for him. No. This does not fix the issue in that was pushed out in the last One UI update. My S23 Ultra is a paperweight outside of wifi range now and the sim card out of it works perfectly in my old Note 9. The S23 was fine until the March update.
