Just signed up and very disappointed

Picked up my order of 2 iPhones in store. When creating my order, I gave both #s I wanted to port over to Xfinity from T-Mobile.

Turned on phone #1 and it activated but gave me a new #. On the app it shows

“Ready for number transfer”.

I tried to port it through that process but got a

“Something went wrong transferring the number Please try again. If the issue persists, chat with Xfinity Assistant for help.

Try again” error.

Hit the chat button. Chatted for an hour. Phone #2 updated to “number transferring”. I informed the rep that he is porting to the wrong phone. He said he is not porting anything.

Escalated to tier 2. Got 5-6 texts saying a ticket was opened then closed. Gave rep info to access my account. Said it was an Xfinity error & he is redoing my port. Gave him the info. He said it ported. Then he said it didn’t. Then he asked me how did I port it? Then he said to try again or bring it into the store.

I’m so confused. It’s my first week with Xfinity service. I tried her port again and now it’s saying “review carrier info-doesn’t match”.

I already have 1 device activated from this morning. It’s a byod and I seamlessly ported the # from T-Mobile to it in 5 minutes. Same T-Mobile account. Same info. Same pin for all devices (until it expires). How would that port but now I’m being told that this line from the same exact Tmobile account is not matching?

Ok. I move onto the 2nd iPhone. I open it. It won’t activate. When I go through the process to set it up I get

“Your SIM is Not Supported This phone number can't be transferred because the number is not allowed by your carrier.

Contact your carrier to unlock this device.”

The chat rep said where did I get the phone because it has to be unlocked for Xfinity. I PICKED IT UP FROM XFINITY TODAY! Sorry for the caps, but I’m so frustrated. Now one line is working, but with a new #. The other line is unusable, as the esim is already unusable. I’m about to just return everything and just pay whatever fees is associated with doing so. This is too time consuming. I never had this much trouble porting lines/activating phone service before, and I’m very good with technology and things like this.

I work 9-7:30. Based on similar posts, I believe the store will be unhelpful and that”backend” or whatever that is, has to fix this. Can someone please help?
