Issue with unlocking phone [Edited]
I have a galaxy s10 that I've purchased with Xfinity November of 2019 I've been trying to unlock multiple times. It obviously wasn't automatically unlocked 48 hours after being paid off since that was many years ago. They tell me the first couple times I've chatted with them it will unlock in 2 days. NOPE. then oh it's unlocked. NOPE. Then they said I didn't purchase with them. Yes I did. I looked it up. WHY can't you just email me an unlock network code.
After seeing so many people with the same issues with this seems like a scam. It shouldn't be so difficult.
