Issue Receiving calls and texts at home

At my home I have a Verizon network extender along with xfinity wifi. We have two phones that both use the XM service and routinely when both of these phones are in the house they do not receive calls (calls go straight to VM) or text messages. Both phones show full mobile network signal along with full wifi signal. If the phones are rebooted or toggled in and out of airplane mode they both start receiving calls and text messages. We also have another phone that uses Verizon Wireless and it does not have this issue. Does anyone know why the phones the use the XM service are doing this, there is planety of signal in the house between the wifi and the VZ network extender? On a side note, all three phones are Samsung phones.

rick138 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team. I'm happy to help sort through what's going on with your phones today. May I ask if you are using a SIM or an eSIM on these phones?

Both use a SIM and are not configured for an eSIM.

I discovered today while they had internet down for enhancements in my area....theyre why my verizon cell service now requires me to use wifi calling. My calls are dropped, dont connect,go straigh to vm without ringing.Have lived in this house 8yrs with no issues until i got xfinity for internet. If i leave my house, calls are fine and wasnt until today that i noticed when internet is off to house, calls arent wonky and work fine.

Hello @user_uzrw16 Do you normally get full bars of coverage at home? Our cable lines usually don't interfere with cell towers except in a few high traffic areas. Did you notice the issues starting when you set up the internet?
