Hello, @user_42wwjv! Sorry to hear you're running into issues with incoming calls going straight to voicemail while being unable to make outgoing calls. Since data (texts and emails) is working, your device is connected to the network, but the voice channel/cellular provisioning is experiencing an issue. Let's try a few targeted steps to help restore full call functionality on your iPhone SE (2nd Gen)!

Check Voice & Data / LTE Settings:

- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options.

- Ensure Enable LTE or Voice & Data is set to LTE or On, and check that VoLTE is enabled. Xfinity Mobile relies on VoLTE for phone calls; if it's toggled off or disabled during network updates, voice service will drop.

Check Focus & Silence Settings:

- Swipe down to check Control Center and ensure Do Not Disturb, or any Focus mode is completely turned off.

- Go to Settings > Phone and check Silence Unknown Callers. If turned on, calls from numbers not saved in your contacts will drop straight to voicemail.

Toggle Airplane Mode:

- Toggle Airplane Mode ON for 10 - 15 seconds, then turn it back OFF to force the phone to re-register with the nearest cell tower.

Update Carrier Settings & iOS:

- Go to Settings > General > About. If a carrier settings update is available, a prompt will appear automatically within a few seconds.

- Go to Settings > General > Software Update to ensure your device is running the latest iOS version.

Reset Network Settings:

- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. (Note: This will reset saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices, so you will need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords).

Eject & Reinsert SIM Card (or Refresh eSIM):

- If you use a physical SIM card, turn off the iPhone, remove the SIM card, wipe it gently with a dry soft cloth, and reinsert it before powering back on.

- If you use an eSIM, contacting support to re-provision the eSIM profile may be necessary.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please let us know! We might have to take a closer look at things from this end.
