Hello @Johnny919 are you able to give us a little more information? Do you have an Xfinity modem and do you need a Wi-Fi password? Any wireless settings and passwords we can provide can be seen in the Xfinity app.
Trying to connect Bosma capsule cam and can’t get it to connect can’t get another cam either it’s EasyN ip cam I’ve tried everything I’ve looked at on the web
@Johnny919 I’m sorry to hear you're having an issue with connecting your camera. Our team is here to help. I have some questions to ask, so we can troubleshoot together to resolve this.
Is it just the camera with the issue connecting to the internet?
Does the camera power on?
Is Bluetooth enabled?
Did you download the Bosma app and create an account?
Did you hear the “system startup” and “waiting for connection message?” If not please restart the camera and your modem. Could you give those steps a try if you haven't.
