Invalid email address

When I try to send an email I get a message invalid email address and the email doesn’t go through. Also I am not receiving any emails

user_gx2w4n Thanks for creating a post. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble sending emails. Are you using the Xfinity website and email portal to access and attempt to send emails, or is it through a third-party client lie Outlook, AppleMail, Thunderbird, etc.?
