Internet Going In and Out When Windy
Several weeks ago, a internet provider was working on the setting up one of my neighbors and knocked out our internet. I don't think connectes our cable for internet back well or correctly because ever since then the internet goes in and out when there is a slight breeze.
When I go on the app it says I will be charged for a visit to get it fixed but that seems odd since our box isn't the issue.
Do I really have to pay for this to get fixed?

@user_idi5pe Thanks for adding a post to the forum. The service charges apply to fix issues that are not Comcast related, or to provide education on site about the products and services. If an issue is due to outside wires or service related, there is never a charge. Let us know if you need us to help schedule the visit. We can add a note to the order explaining what is needed on site.
