International Roaming is not working
Hello - I’m currently traveling to the EU and my internationally roaming is not working. It is showing a satellite connection(such as Satellite SOS or "no signal" indicators) instead.

@user_62o2k0 Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand that the concern is that the international roaming isn't working and is showing the satellite connection. It may be that you are in an area where there isn't service. Can you please provide some additional details, such as the type of phone, where you are in the EU and specify how many bars your phone is showing for service?
