Intermittent SOS‑Only Drops on iPhone 13 (Xfinity Mobile)
Hi, I’m having an issue with my iPhone 13 on Xfinity Mobile where the phone randomly goes into SOS‑only for 10–30 seconds, then recovers on its own. This happens everywhere, not just in one location.
Signal strength is fine, and the phone never shows “No Service” — only SOS, which means it’s still attached to the Verizon network but losing IMS/VoLTE registration.
I’ve already confirmed:
• 5G Auto is enabled
• No VPN or security apps
• No carrier settings update available
• Issue happens across multiple locations
And I’ve shut down and rebooted my phone, have the latest iOS software update, removed the SIM card and reinserted it, toggled airplane mode off then back on, confirmed there are no new carrier upstairs reset the SIM card, and reset the network settings.
Is there anything you can do on your end to hep me out with this please?
Thank you.
