I need to to open a network engineering ticket
I am a subscriber and a member of Xfinity Mobile cell phone service. In the past two months in my area, [Edited: "Personal Information"], our cell phone signal and data coverage has been horrible. Several times during the day in my apartment, my cell phone signal completely cuts out. The only way that I can get it back so I can make calls and text message is to restart my device. Even when I walk outside of my apartment and go to the bus stop across the street, the cell phone signal is so weak. I have complained to Xfinity Mobile services two or three times and nothing has been solved. Supposedly, and I say supposedly, the reason is Xfinity CLAIMS they are "upgrading the network". That is very vague and not an acceptable reason or excuse.
I am not going to pay for cell phone service and then be told I have to restart my device each time this happens. It happens several times during the day. My family can't get ahold of me while this happens, and I have medical issues and requirements where doctors and nurses need to be able to call me! Xfinity assistant is horrible, and never gets to anyone inside America. This outsourcing of service NEEDS TO STOP. It does not help us in our own country at all. No rep is even helpful, and most of the time they claim to pause the chat because they do not want to help us, or do not care. This is bad for Xfinity and is horrible customer service. And trying to get anything done on the weekend is even worse.
