I need some help, please.

I have an issue that needs to be resolved ASAP.  You are apparently blocking incoming SMS text messages from short code 38263.  This is preventing me from completing the identity verification process for this business.  I've been trying to get this corrected, but I can't get a response from your [Edited: "Inflammatory"] AI customer disservice department, nor can I get through to a live human.  I'm just being completely ignored.  [Edited: "Language"]?

Hello, @user_orkoi3 were you able to see the reply from our great forums problem solver @NoNoBadPuppy and check the spam folder on the SMS app?

I still haven't been able to receive a single verification code to my phone from Seated.com, despite countless failed attempts.  I really appreciate all the patient, polite, and persistent assistance I got from your customer service person, Jan.  I tried everything she suggested, but nothing worked.  I also tried everything Seated.com's customer service person suggested, to no avail.  At this point I think the fault preventing me from getting text messages from Seated.com must be on their part.

Yes.  I've tried every suggestion from Xfinity Mobile and Seated.com numerous times and nothing worked.

Have you checked in the Spam folder on your SMS app?

Yes, it wasn't there either.  Neither Xfinity nor Verizon nor the sender, Seated.com can figure out what the problem is.
