I keep getting error code TVAPP-00373)

trying to watch my recordings on my laptop.  I have had problems in the past but used an incognito page and that worked.  Now I can't watch anything either live or DVR

user_nrgxu5 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with this TVAPP error. If you are still running into the error, could you please try to log out of the Xfinity stream site, clear your cache and cookies, and then close out all your browser windows before trying to log back in. Also, make sure you are connected to your home wifi or only using the TVGO filter.

Once back in, let me know if you are still running into the same errors.
