I'm locked out of my esim and can't find my puk. I have a new phone I just registered online yesterday I can't make phone calls and Xfinity mobile assistant can't help. Thank you

@user_42f1ed Thanks for letting us know. The fastest way to get the PUK is in the packaging that the SIM came in. If it was lost the next best thing is to call a mobile agent by phone to see if it is on file. Call 1-888-936-4968, or use the live chat here https://www.xfinity.com/chat/.
