If you are receiving calls from the same numbers you can block them by following instructions found here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/call-screening. Signing up for the national Do Not Call List can also help stop those annoying calls! You can find information on having your number added to the National Do Not Call List at the following link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/what-is-the-national-do-not-call-registry.
@XfinityBrianH this really isn't a valid solution just a temporary work around, you can only block 200 numbers and if you get 40 a day that is only 5 days a call. Not really sure if the (https://connect.xfinity.com/voice/settings/blockcalls) Anonymous call rejection or spam blocker really works either. Do Not Call registry does not work I have added my number Multiple times to that list, people doing bad things or spoofing numbers don't care about that list. This worked much better when you had Nomorerobo but you cancelled that feature (Once that happened my Robo call volume went up from 2-3 a day to up to 20+/- a day) and give your customers nothing but manually blocking numbers one by one until you hit 200 blocked numbers. This is really getting ridiculous. At least on my cell phone I can install something on my phone to block way more illegitimate calls than Xfinity is helping its customers block...
