How do I stop setup reminders

I canceled Xfinity and I uninstalled the apps from off of my phone. My phone no longer has any type of connection services and yet I keep getting a set up reminder at the top of my phone and I can't get it to stop. I've tried the toggle Auto off and delete/forget some of the Wi-Fi accounts I didn't know who they were. I also turned the airplane mode on and off, as well as restarting my phone. It keeps coming back. I don't have an active account with them anymore and I don't see anywhere in the communications settings online where you could take that off of the top of your phone. It just talks about text and email and I don't get any text or email from them. But yet I keep getting this reminder at the top of my phone. Help somebody please!
