How do I remove autopay
I pay my bill every month on time, and I have said on several occasions I don't want my card stored on file. I go into my account, and I see my card on file. I DO NOT want my card stored on your system for autopay or any other purposes.

@user_ylrk9p, I understand how concerning this is for you. I have a link that goes into the steps on how to turn off autopay using our free Xfinity App here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments.
There are some accounts that require a card on file.
