Hotspot internet interruptions

I have an intermittent cellular-data failure on my iPhone 15 that occurs when Personal Hotspot is active. Both the connected device( android head unit in car) and the iPhone itself lose internet. I've reproduced it with USB and Wi-Fi tethering, on both LTE and 5G. Basic troubleshooting hasn't resolved it. I need this escalated to advanced technical support to investigate hotspot provisioning, possible eSIM reprovisioning, and cellular network handoff issues.
