Horrible Service have a 1200mbps package and barely get 12mbps

Been dealing with customer service or so called customer service weekly for over 3 and a half months, multiple escalations, multiple promises made and broken, multiple wrong technicians sent to my residence to fix problems inside when the problem is a line on the pole outside. Have to jump through hoops everytime only to get apologies, discounts, and the problem not being fixed. The last call I actually had a supervisor tell me they couldn’t connect me to someone stateside… Seriously it’s more than obvious Comcast/xfinity cares nothing about their customers, and only cares about stealing money. It doesn’t matter how many discounts you give someone, if your service doesn’t work and you refuse to send someone to fix it. Literally about to call my bank and put in charges for theft of service…
