horandous tech service

this has got to be the absolute worst tech service i have ever had. It is the most incompetent team of people i have met. Half the time they are too busy trying to upsell and I'm sorry but understanding some of them is almost impossible. I could care less where they are from, but for Christ sake make sure you are using people that can clearly speak the language they are servicing. Oh and now seeing this if you are asking people to select a tag maybe you should put them in alphabetical order. I will be reaching out to the board of directors to get this corrected.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
