Highly frustrating mobile services customer care
Worst worst worst customer care. Highly arrogant and blunt senior heading the teams. Agents are themselves misinformed and they waste your precious time. Never recommending or using Mobile services again.

I hear you and agree 1000 percent, they are the absolute worst "customer service" idiots I have ever had the displeasure working with to NOT resolve issues!!
