Help Dead spots and lag time for online security codes

Hello,

I have Xfinity for both my cell phone and my internet. I continue to have dead spots with my cell phone, sometimes zero bars and the only way to resolve this is to restart my phone., Also lately I am expierencing long LAG times for pass codes to identify me. Even with Xfinity I am not receiving my pass code in time to log in. Please assist me with this.

Hello @user_l65na0 Sorry to hear the phone is having issues. We will want to help figure this out. Were the dead zones spots that previously had good coverage for you? What kind of phone do you currently have with us?
