Hardship/Grace period

Hello,
I am writing to request assistance from an official Xfinity Corporate employee or supervisor regarding my Xfinity Mobile account. I am a long-term customer who currently bundles both Xfinity Residential Internet and Xfinity Mobile services.
Due to an unexpected, temporary financial hardship, my mobile service was recently suspended for a past-due balance of $226. I am fully prepared to resolve this balance this coming Monday when my funds arrive, but I am currently being told by phone support that I am ineligible for a temporary 24-to-48-hour extension or automated payment plan.
Because I rely on this phone line for emergency contact, work, and essential communication, having no service until Monday puts me in a very difficult position.
Can an official digital care representative please review my account to see if a temporary supervisor override or emergency grace period can be applied to temporarily restore my mobile line until Monday? I deeply value my Xfinity services and want to resolve this without having to disconnect my accounts.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
