Hard time of transfering my line from xfinity

I want to do a transfer for my line from Xfinity to Tmobile i had been getting difficulties and hassle its been 5 days. Tmobile is saying the information is mismatching while we verified everything and is correct.xfinity is giving us hard time i cant transfer my line for 5 days when it can be done transferring lines less than 10 min. There is nothing wrong with the account information everthing is right the address i got transfer which expires after 24 hours i got account mumber the sim lock is off.Any help

We do not have options to hold on to your number as long as it is eligible to port out; all the information needed would be available to you without you needing us for help porting out. If you check out our "How do I cancel my Xfinity Mobile service" support page, it does go over everything and how to confirm your transfer/port pin and information.
