Hacker charges

My account was hacked and used to make many foreign calls. I went to my local Xfinity store and and was told that the charges would be reversed. Ticket #ECM0020335395 Refernce Sally #611. Apparently this didn't happen and now my account has been frozen and I cannot make any calls. I have a landline that works. can you send me a  number to call to resolve this issue?
