Going on a cruise
We're going on a cruise to the Mexico and surrounding, and wondering about using our cell phones out of the US? I hear the Global Travel Pass is not meant for this. Does this just go to roaming charges? Can you make calls on WiFi? Should the phone be put into airplane mode to avoid roaming? I have heard people using WhatsApp when in Europe.
