Global travel plan

Hi I’m in Japan and have global travel pass and roaming on yet I cannot connect with local cellular service.  My wife is on same plan as I am and is connected.  Help! I need cellular service here!

@user_qpafuy To fix your cellular connection in Japan with a Global Travel Pass, try toggling Airplane Mode on/off for 30 seconds, restarting your phone, and manually selecting a network operator (e.g., Docomo, SoftBank, or au) in your settings. Ensure Data Roaming is ON. If these fail, check that your phone is unlocked and compatible.
