Global Pass not working

I added my global pass way month aheadi so I don’t have to call to get it added. Arrived in South Korea, no service. Date roaming on, rebooted so many times, removed and added the global pass myself online, still no service at all. Only with Xfinity that this happened to me. Now i regretted switching to Xfinity from ATT. I can’t wait to find a different service provider when I get back home. So frustrating and annoying.

@Pcheray Thanks for creating a post for us. Our team is here to help. I have a few questions to ask so we can resole your concerns.  I'm sorry to hear your Global travel pass is not working. 

When you set up your pass did you receive a text message from us stating your pass is active?

Each session lasts for 24 hours, A new session will start automatically once you use data after your current session expires. As a reminder, you get 5 GB of high-speed data each time you use a Global Travel Pass. After you use 5 GB, your data will still work, but it will be slower (3 Mbps) until your next pass start. If you have a Premium Unlimited plan, you get 10 GB of high-speed data per billing cycle to use.
