Global Pass is a joke.
We were assured that global pass would cover our son in Europe from Xfinity. When he got there, it didn’t work and we had to call to get it turned on once it turned on he could only contact us through Wi-Fi. He has no data and hasn’t had since he arrived over a week ago. We have been on the phone in text and chat with every person known to man in Xfinity and nobody can make it work no one can help and today we spent over two hours on the phone with people who couldn’t figure it out. We have no idea what to do, but we’re being charged for something that clearly is not operational in Italy.

I do always provide the international coverage page and the International travel FAQ page for any customers having global issues. There is a toll-free global support number available there as well for reference.
