Fix payment option

I’m so sick of calling these ppl to pay my bill ! For more than 3 months now I gottah call to pay my bill

You can setup auto pay for your Xfinity Mobile account. Here are the steps;

How to Set Up Auto Pay
  1. Open the Xfinity App on your smartphone and sign in using your Primary or Manager's Xfinity ID.
  2. Tap the Account tab in the lower-right corner.
  3. Select your Xfinity Mobile Billing card, then tap Bill Details > Autopay method.
  4. Confirm your identity by entering the six-digit verification code sent to your trusted phone number or email.
  5. Add your preferred credit/debit card or bank account, agree to the stored payment terms, and click Save.

Yes I have it on autopay but sometimes my card is locked and it doesn’t go through. I wait until it tries my card again but it doesn’t so then I go on the app to pay and it won’t let me because of the error message and the I have to call. I tried calling but it won’t let me get through a person this time.

Hi there @user_w33xaj Thank you so much for reaching out.  I'll be happy to assist. Have you tried to make a payment from the Xfinity App?  If so, are you getting an error message when attempting to do so?
