You can setup auto pay for your Xfinity Mobile account. Here are the steps;

How to Set Up Auto Pay

Open the Xfinity App on your smartphone and sign in using your Primary or Manager's Xfinity ID.
Tap the Account tab in the lower-right corner.
Select your Xfinity Mobile Billing card, then tap Bill Details > Autopay method.
Confirm your identity by entering the six-digit verification code sent to your trusted phone number or email.
Add your preferred credit/debit card or bank account, agree to the stored payment terms, and click Save.
