False bill terminted service
My bill raised every month by hundreds of dollars
they made me pay it by threatening to cut it off even though it was supposed to be 85 a month for two lines
with insurance and device payment
they shut off my service one day because my bill went from 85 to 200 to 350 a month to $1,900 yeah I said it nineteen hundred dollars
they refused to investigate or fix it and sent it to collections Taking my phone number of a decade long with it that I had ported over six months prior
I’m sick to my stomach still

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
