Expand Mobile Servive

I can’t get Xfinity Mobile Service at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I called Xfinity Mobile Care Support and the representative told me to use another mobile provider. I would think Xfinity Mobile would want to keep my business. This is super frustrating!

@user_fd07ac Do you receive any bars at all? WiFi calling could be an option. Xfinity Mobile uses the Verizon network. Do you know if any other cell providers work better in your area? Which network did you switch from?

Good afternoon @user_fd07ac! Certainly sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your service. I can assure you we don't want you to have to leave Xfinity. I am more than happy to assist. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? And as DreamSayerZ mentioned, do you have the ability to make or receive calls over the Wi-FI?
