Email not working on mobile deives (cellphone and tablet) works on Laptop

When I sign into my xfinity email account on my cellphone using samsung email app. I get a message" Couldnt verify account ........ Unable to connect to server". It also happen to my Samsung tablet.  I get access to my email using my laptop.

Any help ia appreciated
