does number lock work

The web page indicates number lock is on but app indicates it is off. Does anybody know if number lock is actually working?

@bignick1 I've noticed that sometimes the app and the website are not in sync. It should be on. Did you receive the email confirming it is on? If not, I would enable it again in the app. And confirm you receive the email confirmation.

I just got an email from xfinity informing me of the Number Lock feature. Following their instructions on the website, I cannot find the option to lock my number. I don't have the break down of services where the Number Lock is shown in the website instructions.
