Disconnect
I have been having issue with xfinity mobile they were trying to charge me for a phone number that they added to my account in just to fix an issue the girl said I won’t be charged but they did. I called at talk to someone for 45 mins than the phone hung up I called back and talk to another person which I was pretty upset, I got a lil rude he said I’m unprofessional I told him he was unprofessional than he hung on me I tried to call back and my phone hung up. He disconnected all my phone 4 phone lines. I had to use my neighbors phone to calm back customer service and ask them why my phones aren’t working, the lady said my phones were all disconnected from the network I asked her why she said she would look into it, I told her I never asked for my phones to be disconnected plus I just paid my bill this morning, she stated she is unsure why did this happened, well she was t able to fix it because she needed help from another area, I told her I will be with out a phone for the rest of the night what if there’s an emergency, she said she wasn’t able to help me, she said to call back in the morning, I told how I won’t have a phone I had to use my neighbors phone to call them now. So now I will be without a phone until I am able to calm them back but I have to work in the morning and than come home in the evening and inconveniently try to borrow someone’s phone to calm them back. This is very uncalled for and I explained I hoped I don’t have an emergency because it will fall back on xfinity mobile, I never asked for them to disconnect my phone.
