Customer service

The experience with xfinity mobile customer service is just horrible. For 6+ month with them I wasted around 10 hours chatting with outsourcing incompetent  people that transfer to another incompetent person. Plus I spend a lot of time at the local store to resolve my issue, and still did not resolve. It was the biggest mistake to move to xfinity mobile. I'm tired to repeat same thing again and again with no result.
