Customer service on my cell phone not getting messages or be able to send messages

Not getting messages. Not sending messages. I have tried turning it off. I have tried rebooting it. I have tried getting internet connection. I have tried everything I can think of

user_ivu72d Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your phone's messaging not working. Text messaging is very important nowadays, so I understand reaching out for help. For most mobile issues, I recommend starting with the Xfinity assistant. Have you, by chance, already tried that in your troubleshooting?
